Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be at least 16, and give a real email address you can confirm.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One person, one account: do not impersonate anyone, including SolPersona staff.
• We never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not us.

Your content

You keep every right you have in what you publish. You give us the permission we need to host, copy, resize and show it — on your profile, through applications you connect, and on screens you control — for as long as you keep it on SolPersona. You confirm you have the right to publish it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or the law.

Artwork referenced from public blockchains remains subject to its creator's rights; showing that you hold or made a token does not change who owns its copyright.

What you may not do

• Publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that exploits or endangers others.
• Claim work, wallets or identities that are not yours.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or exceed its rate limits on purpose.
• Use the API or the screen apps to collect other people's data in bulk.

Report problems through the help centre. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Free features and paid storage and screens

Every account with a confirmed email has every feature, a free storage allowance and one screen for the Gallery apps. Additional storage and screen licences can be bought on the SolPersona website for twelve months at a time, paid in cryptocurrency. Prices are shown before you pay; payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Nothing renews automatically.

If your account uses more than its allowance, nothing is deleted: after a notice period the newest items stop being shown publicly until you are back within it, and screens beyond your licences show that they are not active, until you add more or remove some.

The SolPersona Gallery apps

The apps show galleries you choose on screens you link to your account. You are responsible for what you show and where — make sure you have the right to display the work in that place. A linked screen can be removed from your account at any time from your dashboard, which stops it immediately. App stores' own terms also apply to apps you install from them.

Connected applications and the API

Applications you connect act only with the permissions you approve, and you can revoke them at any time. Developers using the API must follow its documentation and these terms, and must not misrepresent their application or its relationship to SolPersona.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SolPersona available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change that significantly affects what you have paid for, we will tell you and offer a fair remedy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using SolPersona and ask us to delete your account at any time (see how to delete your account). We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so here and, for significant changes, tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use SolPersona after that means you accept the new terms.
