Delete your account

How to ask

• Open an "Account & sign-in" request in our help centre and say you want your account deleted. Send it while signed in if you can; otherwise give the email address on the account.
• We confirm the request with the account's email address, then delete the account within 30 days.
• You will get a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, links, pictures and every page we published for you.
• Your artwork entries, collections, exhibitions and studio work, and the files we stored for them.
• Your verified wallets and collector data.
• Every linked screen — their credentials stop working immediately — and their settings.
• Connected applications' access, sessions, and notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Security records (such as sign-in history), for up to two years, to protect the service.
• Backups, until they roll over — within weeks.
• Anything public on a blockchain is not ours to delete: wallet addresses and tokens stay on their chains.

Just want a screen gone?

You do not need to delete your account to stop a screen. In your dashboard, open Gallery Exhibition, open the screen's menu and choose Remove screen; or choose "Forget this account" in the app on the screen itself.
